Returns

I want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your karacterized order, but due to operational constraints, I am unable to process returns or exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order or you need to cancel it, please don't hesitate to reach out at support@karacterized.com. 

Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-3 business days using standard ground shipping. 

Personalized Items

Because personalized items are created individually, please allow a bit more time for processing, design, and production. After you place your order, please send a clear, quality image of your pet's face (the image that you want on the cup) and their name to karacterized@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Mock-ups of the product prior to printing are available by request.
